The #1 Rugrats site. This site is EXTREMELY large. Klasky-Csupo even use their Episode guide. Great for finding out breaking news as the site is updated once a week or so. Although there aren't games and there are only a few pictures, it has in-depth information on the movie and the live tour.

This is the Rugrats page maintained by Nickelodeon and is dedicated to the Rugrats Movie. This is the most visited Rugrats site in existence. The fewer frames link gets rid of the Privacy and Home buttons and the ad running along the bottom.

A pretty good site having a little of everything. It has some cool java features and a slinding puzzle. Requires a frame compatible browser.
This is a rather extensive Java-enchanced page. The only downside is that quite a few parts are either extremely cumbersome to use or are not working.
